Shamshel is a wierd Angel. With no arms, Shamshel gets from one place to another by "flying" almost. Shamshel floats. The only thing Shamshel has that can replace arms are it's long and deadly laser whips. Shamshel's Eyes are visible only when he is in his sluggish form. And in that form, his legs are visible. Shamshel is taller than evangelions making it harder to fight him but bigger a target. Both of Shamshel's laser whips can practically burn and cut through anything!

Shamshel's AT Field wasn't eliminated all the way. Shinji managed to get some shots off when he first saw him but some missed. After Evangelion Unit-01 got a little beating, it finally broke Shamshel's Red Core which once again, is the weakness of most Angels. The red core of Shamshel was very later used as a sample and was used to create the Mass Production Model Evangelions Unit-5 through Unit-13.
